Since moving to Portland, I have fallen deeply into biking. I quickly found a community through Pedalpalooza and Friday Night Rides, and quickly turned that into riding more distances.

In 2024 I rode my fixie to the space needle and back in 29 hours and 46 minutes. It was a quite a journey to train for this (I rode my first century Jan 1, 2024), and I ended up riding at least a 200km ride in every month of 2024.
